The 8th International Conference on Algorithmic Decision Theory (ADT 2024) will be held in October 2024 at the Center for Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Computer Science (DIMACS) at Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ.
Monday October 14th and Tuesday October 15th ADT will take place at The Rutgers Club, 85 Avenue E, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
Wednesday October 16th and FredFest (see below) on Thursday Ocrober 17th will take place at DIMACS, Rutgers CoRE Building, 4th Floor, 96 Frelinghuysen Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854.

Conference Information
Conference Venue 1 (Rutgers Club, Oct 14 and 15): The first part of the conference will be held at the Rutgers Club, which is on the Livingston Campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway NJ. The Rutgers Club is located on the second floor of the Livingston Dining Commons at 85 Avenue E, Piscataway, NJ.
Poster reception (Oct 14): The Conference will begin with a poster reception on Monday October 14 at 5:00 PM in the Club Room of the Rutgers Club. The poster reception will include hors d’oeuvres and beverages and will be joint with the poster session for the DIMACS Workshop on Forecasting held earlier in the day. We hope that the joint session makes for a lively and fun time.
Day program & Dinner (Oct 15): All of the events on October 15 will take place in the ABC conference space of the Rutgers Club. The day includes breakfast, beginning at 8AM and continues through dinner, which will end by 8PM.
Conference Venue 2 (DIMACS, Oct 16): The final day of the conference will take place at DIMACS, which is located on the fourth floor of the CoRE Building on the Busch Campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway NJ. The workshop lectures will take place in Room 431 and meals (breakfast and lunch) will be provided in the DIMACS Lounge, which is room 401. Breakfast will begin at about 8:15. The best address to use to get to DIMACS is 94 Brett Road Piscataway, NJ.
Parking: If you are driving to the event, there will be free parking available at both DIMACS and the Rutgers Club, but you must register in advance for each.
- Register to park at the Rutgers Club in the Rutgers Club lot (which is small) or Lot 101 on Avenue E (see map).
- Register to part at DIMACS in lots 59, 60A & 60B. Please note that this does NOT include lot 64 in front of the CoRE Building.
Poster Presenters only: DIMACS will provide easels and poster boards, but you are responsible for printing and bringing your poster. The poster boards are 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall but can fold to accommodate some smaller-sized posters too. Because the boards fold, posters that are 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall do not work well. For vertically oriented posters, 3 feet tall by 2 feet wide works best.

Co-Located Events
DIMACS Forecasting Workshop: On Monday October 14th 2024, DIMACS will hold a workshop on Forecasting. In this workshop, we will bring together computer scientists, economists, statisticians, and decision scientists, some who develop theories of forecasting and others who study it empirically. We invite academics together with practitioners who build forecasting platforms, operate forecasting competitions, and publish predictions. Our primary focus is on what happens after predictive models have been trained or formed; that said, still in scope are data-driven and machine-learning-based techniques that aggregate forecasts and other information to harness the so-called wisdom of the crowd. A Tribute to Fred Roberts (FredFest!): On Thursday October 17th 2024, DIMACS will hold a workshop in honor of Fred Roberts, co-founder and long-time Director of DIMACS who is also a co-founder of the ADT Conference. You are welcome to stay for that event. More information is available here.
